This was a gift and it was very well received.

Runs small

Fortunately I was already familiar with Isotoner sizing. I wear a size 8.5 but learned years ago Isotoner's idea of 8.5 and reality are two different things. I ordered the 9.5-10 and they fit perfectly. However, this method does not work as well with the Isotoner ballerina slipper. The size 8.5 puts the big toe slightly over the top of the shoe, always pressure on it. When I went up a size, the slipper is too big. I almost walk out of it.

false advertising. poor service.

both items were ordered with "in time for christmas" advertised. One coming 12/29 and the other coming on 1/4 next year.
