Sizing has changed

In the past, these slippers have always been very comfortable. When I received my last order, the slippers were much tighter and don't even fit. I wear a size 9M and I order these slippers in a 9.5/10 which were perfect. I don't know if it's the specific lot that I received, but these slippers are made differently than those I ordered in the past. Will not order again.

NEVER RECEIVED

per UPS apparently, Macy's did not provide my correct address. therefore, my delivery was not made yet UPS stated in their return message that the receiver which I am had requested for the return absolutely incorrect I don't know what happened yet I have not received a refund nor any other explanation as to why I did not receive the shipment I'm only reading notes from UPS I do not believe that this is totally on Macy's though they have left out my apartment number in a previous package thank goodness it came by USPS and I'm familiar with the driver that's the only reason why that didn't get returned so I'm thinking maybe in this instance it may be the same thing yet also why did I receive information via email if there was an incorrect address label I'm totally upset about it because the price was good and it's exactly what I wanted and need I will say Macy's try to redeem themselves by offering Macy's cash yet the problem with that is the item is no longer available for that price and what about the taxes don't let me get started with the taxes

Runs tiny!

Runs really small. I wear a 7.5. Ordered the 6-7, could not get my foot in it. Ordered the 8-9, still too small for comfort.

Not for people with high insteps

My feet have high insteps so the top of the slipper does not allow my foot to slide into the slipper. For me this is a problem but may not be so for others. Size is correct.
