Cute but smaller

Just received in the mail had to get a replacement cause out the box it was scratched. Got replaced and item is really cute. My main complaint is it says 22in but actually its only around 17. They include the handles and the wheels. So it is smaller than I would have liked

Very poor quality

This luggage is brand new. Only a few months old. Used it for a trip to Europe and in February a trip to Mexico. I removed the luggage from the baggage claim carousel, began to walk when the wheel collapsed. Upon inspection the entire corner of the bottom where the wheel is attached was broke. The inside of the suitcase was exposed.
