Poor Poor Quality

I was so disappointed. I ordered this chain online for in store pickup. At pick up, the sales person was rushing me to take my order and go. It felt weird, so I asked to see the chain. When she opened the box the clasp was missing. She tried to tell me that was how the chain was supposed to be. I asked her to clasp it and she couldn’t. Then she brought out another chain…. same thing. Macy’s offered 70% percent off to sell damaged goods. SAME! I will never shop Macy’s again!

This chain is beautiful and sturdy it retails very high $1900 I believe but I paid $525 the mark up is extremely high.

Lovely 14k Gold Chain. The Macys Sales Associate helped me select this chain & I appreciate her opinion as she is familiar with the chains and she was right about this one. I purchased this chain for a specific 40mm Jade Torus or Pi Stone & it is perfect. I have received so many compliments.
