The necklace looks lovely, but it's not the super deal they advertise it to be. Macy's should be telling its customers whether or not this chain is solid. I also had significant issues just trying to put the order in for the necklace which made the entire experience EXTREMELY frustrating. It took several hours on the phone to finalize the purchase. Once it came in, I weighed it and it only weighed about 8 grams. There are no descriptions available for customers or employees because I tried to call to confirm the chain was solid. We have since returned the necklace.

she loved the necklace, however, it was purchased online to compliment (match) her matching bracelet and it did not as the thickness (mm) was not the same (too thin). We ended up going to Macy's (the flagship store you are closing in SF!!) to exchange it. We had a fabulous experience with the Macys customer rep/salesperson. He knew exactly what the issue was and found the correct sized necklace. We were very satisfied and five stars to the physical staff. We decided we would no longer shop online for jewelry. And we will miss our flagship Macys when it closes. It is so festive at this Macys during Christmas time.

26" is very nice, i prefer over 24". the gold is bright and shiny glimmering, love it, the thickness is nice exactly as per the ad says. the price was fair, lower would of been better. but fair it was.

Hollow chain, I didn’t even take it to the jewelry to test it I could tell it was hollow due to the sheer weight of the chain, links were very loose as well, not good quality, need to advertise the true material and specifications of the product
