Overpriced and HOLLOW

I ordered using the mobile app. Nowhere in the mobile app did it say that the chain is HOLLOW. Only after ordering it and later checking the status on a laptop, I noticed more information which said the chain is hollow. Why doesn’t the mobile app mention this? IT’S IMPORTANT.
