I didn’t get this you canceled my order because my billing address and shipping address was different so I went into the store in eastridge mall and had to settle for. 10k chain because you didn’t carry any over 10k there.

I bought this for my fiancé for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! He was so amazed on the quality and how good it looked around his neck. wrong labels

I bought a gold chain that said it was 18 karat and if I removed it tag it wasn’t able to be returned. When I got home, the receipt said that it was only 14 k. . The representative on the phone said they don’t sell 18 karat.. The chain was returned immediately. . False advertising and overpriced. Buyer beware.

heartbroken

I fell in love with my chain, only to wear for the second time inside the store, picking up my ring, and my chain came off. There was very little they could do for me thought about repurchasing another will have to go. Without for now. I fell in love with the chain and it’s gone and I’m paying for it.
