Arrived in knots

This necklace arrived in several knots and additionally had two sticker tags on it which the very fragile chain was stuck to. I was able to unstick the chain from the stickers, but could not get the knots out, so I couldn’t even try the necklace on. It looks like it would be a very pretty necklace if you could wear it.

Still waiting

I have not received this order yet. It says it would be delivered on the 19th but I have not heard anything about it. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and I have been anxiously waiting for it. I would appreciate it if someone could check it out for me. I have never had this issue before, always prompt.
