not good
had this watch for 12 hours before it lost its display but still connected with my phone, so i know i was on. then it turned off totally. will not pair or respond to the on button, now will it charge in the cradle. guess how we will see customer service is!

Bought this watch on a cruise with my husband a couple of months ago, still using it without problems..
Not Bad For the Price
So before you put this product down keep in mind this is clearly an entry level Smart Watch. It was never designed to compete with the elite smart watches. But for what you get for the price I think it is a good alternative without spending a lot of money. This watch is stylish with an easy to read face. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth. (I suggest making sure it is compatible with your current smart phone before making a purchase) This watch sync up to my Apple 6S phone with no problem. It lets you see texts but you can not respond. It allows me to access Siri. It has a several helpful apps. It also has a camera. This is definitely an affordable option I would recommend.
Standard watch that has some poor design choices
Watch design looks okay. Charging the watch is difficult since it has to be put in a cradle. The watch android app is poorly designed and it does not connect easily. The app always runs in the background and doesnt quit. Overall watch looks okay. the features mentioned on the watch are decent and work.
Easy to use but disapointed
I received the iTouch Air 2 watch in good condition. The setup was very easy and many of the features were very useful. I really liked the fitness feature. However, the iTouch Air 2's interfacing with my Samsung Galaxy S8 created issues with my phones usability and so I can't use the watch. I'm Very Disappointed!
Fantastic Lightweight Affordable Smart Watch
Brought this product with the intent of utilizing only for running. However, started to use on a daily basis and it is a fantastic option without breaking the bank! Would highly recommend!
Works but clearly isn't an Apple Watch clone
First off realize this is not an Apple Watch, but it doesn't claim to be. There are pros and cons to using the watch. I used this with an Apple Phone 6 so keep that in mind. Pros Nice looking watch with an easy to read face, even in the sunlight. The clock face gives you a few options for design. It connects to the phone via Bluetooth and so if you stray too far from your phone it gives you an alert that you lost connection. It has a notifier "app" to let you see the texts and messages that come in on the phone. But there is no way to send a reply. This feature basically lets you see the texts without digging out your phone to see them. I can hear a phone conversation well on the watch but some callers complain that my conversation is difficult to hear. The voice assistant gives you access to Siri and generally works well The weather app shows the current status where you are at and the four day forecast. Has a calculator app for quick figuring. There is a sleep function to see how well or "deep" you sleep. But if you use this feature, then not sure when you'll charge the battery. Not sure how it knows your "sleeping". It appears to be based on time of day and not configurable. It has a sedentary app to remind you to move every so often (30 minutes or more based on your setting) but every time you turn the watch on or off you have to reset your setting duration. Has a pedometer, alarm and stopwatch functions. If you turn on your camera, you can use the watch to snap the picture. You can also control your music from your phone by way of the app on the watch. Cons - The directions and accompanying website are sparse and not always intuitive. It will take awhile to learn all the features. The "apps" are preinstalled and can't be changed or removed. Doesn't appear there is a method to upload the data elsewhere. The heart rate monitor measures on demand and stores the history. But the measurement always seems low. The Contacts app typically only keeps a name and mobile number. Handy for making calls but not for looking up other info, but again your phone should be nearby. Comes with a charger pad with only a USB cable, so you'll need a USB charger or other input device to charge it. The calendar app just shows the month at a glance with no appointments or meetings. So if you want to know when the 10th is you can, but you won’t know what meetings you have set for that date. Overall this watch seems to be best as an accessory to your nearby phone and can help prevent you from having to dig out the phone for many of these apps.

Air 2 Smart watch
I would like a refund for this product. It was of no use to me. It did not hold the charge. It came on once and that was it. Would not recommend it. Waste of money. Please let me know how I can get ALL my money back.
