I really wanna like this.......

I really wanna like this watch......but the design is horrible. The pin that goes into the holes, is short & doesn't stay in. And instead of the strap going into a sleeve, it goes into this space at the bottom, but you can't get it in without the hook coming out. it took me 20mins to try to put this on, so I stopped. I had to get a coworker to help (she had to hold the pin down so that I could try to slide the strap in place- but you shouldn't need two people to put on a watch) & when we got it in, it just slid right out of place. so I love the water the watch looks, & the color but the design ,not so much. my only option to keeping it is if I used a rubber band around the strap......but that's ugly. too bad I can't post pictures for reference not sure if I would recommend this......

Incorrect info to download

I’m only returning this product because I could not download the correct info to set the watch up. I ordered the same watch from another supplier and had no issues. When I called for help they put me through to JustAsk where I had to pay for talking to them. I refused and they credited me the fee.

Do not buy only works when it feels like it

DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. I had read reviews for this before purchasing, but they must have been made up. I really wanted to like this, but the Watch and app only sync when they feel like it. I don't trust any of the information and know that often it is not accurate. Watch shuts off even when battery isn't dead. Glad I didn't pay too much, but can only return before 30 days.

Waste of money

I purchased this because it had a rating of over 4 stars. After about 5 weeks of use, the battery charger completely stopped working — no matter how long I try to charge it, it just won’t work. In addition, the watch only offers very basic functions, and the screen timeout is frustratingly short. it keeps turning off too quickly.
