Love this watch

I lost my apple watch and decided I didn't want to spend that amount of money again. This watch has many great features.. I love being able to see my notifications and keeping track of my health stats. The price makes it even more amazing

NOT WORKING

The watch is not coming on neither is it charging.

Jessica, We are sorry to hear about your experience and happy to help! Please know that the battery protection mode is enabled if the watch has not been used and need to sit on the charger for a while (30+ minutes) before the charging screen appears. Also, if the watch is a recent purchase, there is a possibility that the initial factory charge has been fully drained, so waiting for a few more minutes for the charging indicator to appear is also recommended. Please follow these steps to resolve the charging issue on your iTouch Sport: 1. Leave the watch on the charger for 30 minutes to one hour (make sure the charging pins are placed properly on the watch). 2. After that, remove the watch from the charger and then place it back on for a few hours to fully charge the device. Great purchase

Love this watch. This is my first smart watch. Not bad at all if our trying to track your steps and heart rate. And also the incoming alert for your text or calls. Except no speakers.

NON CONFORMITY WITH THE PURCHASE

IN THE DESCRIPTION IT SAID THAT THE WATCH CAME WITH A STAIN STEEL BRACELET AND WINE WITH A RUBBER BRACELET. DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
