Works Great

love my watch and would highly recommend it. The silicone band is very comfortable but the inexpensive mesh band , purchased recently, is even more-so! This watch has everything I need on a daily basis from alerts when my phone rings and receiving messages with vibration.

Been using for years

I had no idea my husband had been using this for years when I asked him if I could borrow it one day so that I could track how much ground I’m covering on my daily walk. Turns out that he’s been using this same smartwatch for years without issue. I initially gave it to him to use because he has A-fib and we want to monitor that as best we can. This watch captures data that he uses to report back between cardiologist visits. I had completely forgotten that he’s been using this all this time, and it also worked like a charm to track my daily 3.1 mile walk too. Something that still works after years of use gets high marks in my book.

A Flop A Second Time

7 months ago I bought this watch and charger set, NEVER AGAIN!!! The watch no longer works, even after putting it on the charger, the watch is blank. This is my second time buying an iTouch watch and yet again it's a flop. I do not recommend this watch nor this brand for purchase. If you want something that will last longer then 7 months buy a FitBit or other name brand smartwatch, not this.

Disappointed customer

I've had my iTouch Air 3 for a month. It doesn't track steps accurately. Once in a while, I completely lose steps and restarts itself. Sometimes, it sets time back to when I first bought it. I am disappointed that I spend the money on buying something that won't work properly.

Excellent smart watch

I love my watch and would highly recommend it. The silicone band is very comfortable but the inexpensive mesh band , purchased recently, is even more-so! This watch has everything I need on a daily basis from alerts when my phone rings and receiving messages with a vibration. Very happy with this affordable purchase. I would like to commend iTouch Wearables in regards to my great customer service rep. by the name of James. Recently I was contacted that the watch needed a new software update and James helped me patiently solve all, ALL, issues with the connection. In 15 minutes, with his help, I got it up and running.
