horrible customer service

Went to Macys to return item using my Macys card because I could not find receipt.and cashier refused to accept saying it was past 30 days. I told her I had purchased 2 weeks ago online. After some back and forth I asked to speak with manager and she would not comply. Finally I found The receipt which proved it was purchased within 30 days . She did not apologize and was very rude. Do better Macy's especially with platinum customers otherwise what is the point of shopping at Macy's?
