J queen king cal comforter and bedskirt

California king comforter was a perfect fit, but the bedskirt was to too short on the sides, the bedskirt should come down to the floor on the sides but it doesn't, you can see under the bed;

Dirty and used!

the set appeared to be brand new but two weeks later when I opened it to put it -on the bed, it looked great. two days later as I was making the bed I noticed that the comforter was very matted with dirt and it had been used for a period of time. I was very disappointed. I immediately took it off and sanitized and washed everything that it touched. I returned it the next day. How disgusting was that. please double check your purchases. the set is absolutely beautiful. I reorder the set because I purchased the window treatment as well. spending that amount of money and it was used and dirty.Wow! I recommend this item but please make sure it's brand new!
