Whatch for rust spots on the blades

Great set but the paring knife got a rust spot on it within first week of using it

Our knives are made from high-quality stainless steel designed to resist corrosion, but occasional rusting can occur if moisture remains on the blade. We recommend washing the knives by hand, drying them immediately after use, and storing them in a dry place to help prevent this. Yay I can cut again!

I have lots of knives but read recently that you can sharpen a knife too much. This was a fabulous buy! I can slice a lime with ease.
