RAZOR SHARP QUALITY SET!

Great looking knife set. I tested each one and each is RAZOR SHARP. Great quality. Only complaint is the scissors don’t come apart like some other Henckels scissors but not an issue.

Excellent knives

Bought this 15 piece set as a gift for my husband about 3 years ago. The knives are still incredibly sharp, and it still looks brand new. Wonderful set. Would buy again.

Disgusting

The knife set appears to have been previously utilized, as evidenced by the condition of its packaging, which was secured with brown tape and was in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, several knives were not adequately protected, posing a safety concern. The knives themselves sustained damage during transit, and the knife block exhibited scratches. Upon requesting a refund, I was instructed to return the items. The return process was challenging due to the compromised packaging and the dislodged knives. Consequently, I will refrain from making future purchases from Macy's.

Dull Out of Box

The knives have great balance and heft, however were completely dull out of the box. I was pretty surprised. My partner spent some time sharpening them, but they still are much less effective than our old cheapie set. I don't know whether I have a set that was somehow skipped during the factory sharpening, but I will probably take them to be professionally sharpened. So remains to be seen how that turns out. Hopefully this will help someone else with high expectations!
