My Henckels knife experience

Bought a knife and block set 3 times and returned every time. Knives seemed cheap, flimsy. I’ve never owned knives that flex or bend so easily. Tried a different, more expensive JA Henckels set.. The blades weren’t much better. still flimsy. I’ve thought about purchasing Henkels knives for many years, only to be disappointed.
