Change isn't always good.

Why did you change the formulation?!!

My husband has been using this for years and I bought him a gift pack for Christmas and he came down and said it’s different with a different consistency and smells really bad. And we checked in the formula has changed! Why did you do that? he’s so upset and I don’t think we can use this anymore. Please go back to the old formulation.

New formula stings my eyes!

I've been using this product for years. Suddenly, with this new bottle, my eyes are stinging every time I use it, so I just ordered some other brand and hope it works out. I really tried to tough it out and make it work. It's not me - it's you. :(

Not what it used to be

This new formulation is absolute garbage. It doesn't smell good anymore, it irritates my skin and the runny consistency somehow manages to get in my mouth leaving me with the taste of sunscreen all day. After 10+ years as my go to it's time to move on.

Change it back to the old formula!

I was a very loyal customer and loved this moisturizer, but I recently purchased a new bottle and immediately noticed a smell of mildew every time I used it. Returned and I’m now on the hunt for a different brand. Wished they would change it back.

They changed something, and it’s now worse

I’ve been using this product for 5+ years. It’s done wonders for my skin and is a lifesaver. I recently found out that something has changed with the formula and it is awful. The smell is bad and the consistency is runny/watery. Please go back to the original one, this change is horrible.

New Formula Is SOOO BAD

I've been using this moisturizer every day since 2016 without fail. The new formula is runny, smells bad, feels fake. Bring back the old formula. The old formula was 10/10!

The new formula is awful :(

I've used (and loved) this product for a decade, but the new formula is awful and irritates my face and eyes. I'm very disappointed that Jack Black would make this type of change (to save money, I assume?) and request that they revert to the old formula. I will not use this moisturizer unless they do so.
