Item arrived damaged. The chain used for the necklace was snapped off from the clasp. The pendant is a beautiful piece, but the chain is cheaply made for it to have snapped during delivery.

Unsatisfied

Purchased this beautiful necklace for my Mother. As we took it out to take price tag off and put on her the pendant fell. It was because the chain broke or was broken. The pendant is gorgeous but the necklace feels too thin to carry the weight of pendant. Luckily I purchased insurance but I was hoping on just exchanging as it broke the same day I purchased and went back a few days later.

Quality subpar.

I have already bought the matching ring and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. This necklace pendant was quite disappointing. The pendant wav very thin and the chain is also thin and very difficult to operate the clasp.
