Beautiful chairs but faux leather is coming out

These chairs are beautiful. But the faux leather is coming out. I would like to get the details from the manufacturing company to get some help to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Happy Happy (2x)

Perfect piece... Even for a small living room... It looks perfect, feels perfect, leather, perfect, packaging came destroyed (Delivery people) fortunately it was protected with a ‘bag’ and the chair was intact... Legs came inside and besides a bit of confusion on setting it w/out the instructions... (Instructions came but I couldn’t find until I had finished assembling the chair) :-) Ahhh Price: Perfecto for Macys... LOL Price was fine for a beautiful piece...
