The zipper was broken and there was a large, very noticeable tear in the fabric. Had to send it back, which was unfortunate because it was a birthday gift for my daughter.

Beautiful, sturdy, lightweight and roomy, with pockets for everything. I bought the light blue and it is very stylish. I wish it had two water bottle pockets, but there is only one.
