Won’t stay on

Bought one yesterday brand new, it won’t stay on, it keeps shutting itself down unless it’s plugged into mains power even though the battery is charged. Extremely disappointing for such an expensive product, I’m taking it back to the retailer tomorrow and asking for a refund

Thank you for your feedback. Charge the battery for at least 10 minutes. Then disconnect the unit from the power cable and try turning it on. If the light does not come on at all, this means that it is either a demo product or it is in demo mode. If you recently purchased it, please return the product to the dealer, as it is likely a demo product. If it previously worked fine, this likely means that it was inadvertently put into demo mode by mistake. To exit demo mode, press and hold the Bluetooth and Play button for more than 10 seconds. For further assistance, please get in touch with our customer support.

JBL puts the BOOM in Boombox3

I use the JBL Pro Series when we do our outdoor event, and they always give excellent sound. I have a JBL XTreme2 Portable, and it gives excellent sound. So, when I saw the Boombox3, I knew I had to have it. It totally did not disappoint. Big stereo sound out of a portable device...

Excellent

I bought product about two months ago and I have gotten so many compliments on it stature it’s how it’s slender how it’s heavy I like to walk down the road and work out with it and the camouflage. I keep getting several compliments about, but yeah, I’m very pleased. I would recommend it. It’s a good thing. God‘s not my money cause I’d say 400 is too much but that would be being selfish.

Buy it NOW!!

Finally upgraded the sound system in my rock crawler. I could barely hear my JBL Xtreme over the cammed LS, but the Boombox is definitely where it’s at. 3X the volume with legit base. Wish I had bought one of these to begin with.
