I bought these a couple of years ago and I've used them in many situations: running, basketball, gym and they've always been comfortable, battery is not amazing but enough for the length of my sessions, sound is decent when the seal is good. However, I'm giving it a 2 star review because now, after only 2 years of use, the headset has completely broken apart: the rubber covering the whole thing first cracked on the right side ear hook making it impossible to wear, I put some tape on it and could wear it for a few weeks longer, but then the other side broke too, exposing the magnet inside, at this point the headset is beyond saving, don't buy these if you're looking for a durable product as it's a common problem (do a quick search and you'll find many cases of the same)

The product is great but not flawless
I've been using it for a long time, mainly for swimming, and I love it, because it's incredible how much better it is to swim listening to music! It connects well to your phone and the MP3 function is great. I don't have any problems with the sound, it's fine for me. (I'm not an audiophile.) My comments and problems: Not available in Hungary anymore, the previous one is broken and I can't replace it. (The dog chewed it up... ) When swimming, the rubber of the goggles around my head pushes out of my ears, and water can get in. If I put the goggles on the bottom and this one on top then the speed washes the earpiece out of my ear. Oh, not to mention the swim cap... That's a lot to put on one head! :) If you get water in your ears you have to blow the water out of them or you won't hear the music. It's very difficult to lock the device so it doesn't change numbers or volume etc while swimming. Once locked I can't unlock it just turn it off and start again. When I try to lock it it usually switches to Bluetooth mode. The silicone case makes it hard to fit the earpiece properly and if I press it or put it away wrong it turns on and stays on, discharges or randomly connects to the phone even when I don't want it to. A sign of the rubber ageing is that it doesn't hold the curve around my ear like it used to, so it doesn't squeeze the earpiece onto my head properly. It could have a USB-C connector. I hope that these comments will eventually get through to the developers and they will come out with an updated version again, because apart from all that I think it is a very good product.

Good idea, not well supported by JBL
When they work correctly, they have proved very useful. When they don't, they are very frustrating.

Poor design
The sleeves are getting damaged while using . I have used this for the past one year

Product quality is not reliable
Magnet came out from rubber in just 1 year, unable to use it now.

I bought this almost 2 months ago....and one thing that I have noticed is that it has very very low bass and a very high pitch...which kinda irritates ears... But is very good for movies coz movies sound very crisp... And for the water part....havent used it while swimming but during shower too the sound kindaa fades so have to remove them half way

surprisingly malfunction JBL Endurance DIVE
was impossible lock touch control. Please don't buy this headphones

No repair after out of warrant
I bought JBL jump headphone March 2021 After one year charging point is not working. I called JBL servicer center, They said, We don't repair out of warrant products and hung up the call.
