Thanks for your feedback. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Please ensure the pins are completely dry before placing the earbuds back in the case and using them. Good but not without issues
I’ve had a pair like this before that were great. The sound is always nice good bass but this set seems to have some issues. Sometimes they will cut out for a few seconds for seemingly no reason. I’m aware they are refurbished but even still sometimes it’s annoying.

Avoid!!!! Terrible charging
DO NOT BUY. The right earbud WILL NOT CHARGE. They tell you to clean it with alcohol, but that works maybe 2% of the time. It doesn't matter how much you clean it, how gently you place it in, there will come a day, very very soon, where they just absolutely will not charge.

Not properly refurbished
The left earbud does after a few minutes. Had the name of the previous owner

Not long lasting
I bought these A little over a year ago and was thrilled at first. Unfortunately, a year later, the left one only holds a charge for about 1 to 2 minutes and the right one may be a day With minimal use. The case is now needing to charge every night.

Thank you for reaching out. To isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS, we recommend charging the earbuds up to 100% and play music on low to mid-volume without bass boosted. If the earbuds does not meet the advertised playtime of 40 hours, there could be an issue with the battery. Please contact us for further assistance.
Abysmal Reliability
I bought a pair of these 11/2024. By 05/2025 I had issues with the devices registering as being in the charging dock - they would continue playing in the pod and would never turn off. After cleaning and factory resetting, same problems. I sent them back for a warranty replacement. The warranty replacement had issues that have been mentioned in many reviews: one of the ear buds would not hold a charge and would die after a few minutes. They agreed to send me a “comparable” product instead. The comparable product was a pair of Tune Flexes that has similar charging issues already. Read the reviews. These are a serious gamble and I’d wager that other JBL headphones are also not worth the risk of buying. These sorts of problems are not simply lemons - this is a systematic hardware issue.

Great earbuds but charging issues
Left earbud works perfectly but the right one just stopped working and even when I charge it it only works for a minute before it stops working

Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. Poor battery life
Poor battery life. Did ok while new, but after awhile, both earbuds last about 30 min. Would not recommend. Sound is great as all JBL products I have had.
