Good pods
They are really good but they have turned into two different Bluetooth connections and I have tried to factory reseat but it didn’t work

Poor sound quality
Very low quality Sound. Checked my ears against my other apple ear phones and yep, confirmed - JBL wave 100 is a dud. Don’t recommend. I don’t understand how these other reviews say the sound is great.

My third pair. I keep one in the bedroom, one on the go in the car, and one spare. Excellent fit and sound. Great value.

Problems
I am having some problems with this product. The audio is failing all the time. I changed the interface and it continues.

We're here to help. Please try connecting your JBL Vibe 100TWS to other source devices and try doing a reset. To do this, tap the touch control in the Left or Right buds twice then hold it for 5 secs. Resetting the earbuds will require you to forget the name of the unit on your source device. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.
Drops out constantly when your phone is in jeans
Got this as a present, first time having wireless headphones and was skeptical of them. They work fine until you put your phone in your jeans pocket and the sound drops out for 1-2 seconds arond once every minute. Would think for such a short distance and a fabric as common as denim they should work flawlessly. I'm now going back to wired headphones, too many times have to go backwards listening to podcasts to hear what I missed, defeats purpose of handsfree.

Disappointing sound quality
I ordered these because I expected better than average, at least, sound quality due to JBL reputation. This product has great functionality, but virtually NO BASS sound!. Wish I had not spent money on these below average sound quality ear buds.
