Really good audio and the battery is phenomenal. I use this for everything. It also manages to survive the washer, falling in a cup of water, and the sink two times. The person that says “the battery is low” is incredibly loud though.

These fit nicely and comfortably in the ear. I wear them about an hour every morning at the gym. The sound quality is awesome as with all my JBL products. The bass is just right and treble is spot on! The only thing I dislike is getting them out of case, it’s a bit cumbersome. Comes with 3 size ear pieces. The case is sleek In design and fit comfortably in pocket. The buds stay in place the whole time without discomfort. After about 6 hrs of use battery life is still good. Very easy to connect to phone and touch button on side of ear bud is easy to use and understand. Would highly recommend. Great noise cancellation as well. Love Em!!

When inserting the earbuds, a slight downward angle and gentle twisting motion can help them conform to the shape of your ear canal. Thank you for your inquiry. Please check for walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal. We also recommend unpairing your headphones from your device and then manually pairing them again. To do this, tap the earbuds once; on the second tap, hold for 5 seconds while Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Select the unit to pair. Try pairing your headphones to other devices to know if it is an issue with the source. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
The earbuds work, but app doesn’t
Fix the app vibe beam earbuds will not be recognized by the app! I tried every possible way to remedy this! Why have an app that can’t even recognize its own products! Major fail? I will not be buying your products again and not recommend your company!

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue, and do the following in order. First, go into the app and clear the Cache, then uninstall the app from your device. Next, forget or unpair the JBL Vibe Beam from the Bluetooth list on your device, then reboot the device/phone twice (this is an important step, as it ensures that the device has gone through an entire on/off cycle without ever seeing the app or Bluetooth pairing, so all remnants are removed from the phone). Third, reset the earbuds. After that, pair them to your device. Play some music to ensure a good Bluetooth connection. Lastly, download and install the app, open the app, and allow all permissions (the app will not function without permissions). When the app opens, it should find your speaker and function properly. Please know that we can not guarantee the use of our app when using Beta versions of Operating Systems. If the issue remains, please contact us.

JBL Vibe Beam Purchased few weeks ago, Exellent it Sounds the Bass, Vocal, Jazz, Easly Connected Ambient alert & talk true features are helpfull. Even though I purchased Refurbished still like New Highly recommend headphones buds.

I hate this warranty replacement
got these as a replacement warranty. They have so many unnecessary features, like the audio switch with it really freaking annoying. the right side doesnt alway charge. they dont always find each other when they connect. They took the tune235 platform which was incredible and completely trashed it.

Thanks for your feedback. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Please ensure the pins are completely dry before placing the earbuds back in the case and using them.
