Bad features. NO LID
I’m not sure who decided to steal all the kids, but I think JBL makes enough to replace them. I’m not sure why I didn’t notice the lack of the lid, but I’m never buying JBL again after this (first and last time buyer) back to Sony!

It works great I love them everything works now I am hoping they don’t fall out but so far so good!

Bad Sound Quality
The sound quality is not good. It kind of sounds like you are listening through a tin can. For the price I was expecting something somewhat decent.

Thanks for your feedback. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. First, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. For further assistance, please contact us.

Jbl vibe buds.
I got these earbuds as a gift from my dad and they were amazing! I love these head phones but after about 6 months one earbud gummed up with ear wax. I am not disappointed 😌. I'm very impressed. Would bye again!

Not satisfied with the second pair.
Okay, the first pair I brought I liked them.I just lost one of them. Put the second pair I have now the one i'm rating, I do not like not much.They fall out of my ear.The left one doesn't charge up well and I don't want to send them back cause I don't want to wait a few weeks to get another pair.So I'll just keep em, but no, i'm not really satisfied with them and they don't stay charged up like my first pair If it was possible to send him back and get my first pair.I have I would love it
