Useless

I purchased these headphones online from Macy’s, and they stopped working after two months. The sound cuts in and out, and sometimes I can only hear audio from one side.

Better clarity

My Jlabs earbuds started to die after several years of good service, so I bought these to replace them. The sound has much better clarity, although the bass somehow seems a bit weaker. Also, for some reason, they don't stay tight in my ears. They don't fall out, but they lose the seal, which greatly affects the bass sound. The Be Aware feature is a nice addition to the feature set. Overall pretty pleased after a week of use.
