Horrible

Love this fragrance on my husband got him a bottle for Xmas and when it came bottle had crack in it was leaking call customer service she didn’t even ask if I wanted it replace or refunded and just refunded it so not only did this mess up my gift but have to find time to mail back on top of getting another gift total inconvenience
