Beautiful Collar and Fit Perfectly

I loved the collar on this dress. It was beautiful on me. The rest of the dress is not very dressy and fit perfectly, but it was too long on me. I probably needed a petite, but could only find it in the wrong color. The navy blue is very dark, almost black. I debated a long time about keeping it, but in the end realized I just don't have that many occassions to wear a dress any more.
