would not cover warranty

I purchased this set for my daughter for Christmas 2024. Purchase date was 10/7/24. Two of the 3 pieces were damaged in 2 different trips. The large one cracked and the middle size one lost a wheel. I sent pictures and my receipt to the warranty company Jessica Simpson uses and was told it was not covered - the air/cruise line damaged it. This luggage was used like any other luggage on 4-5 normal trips for only a year. It had a 3 year warranty. I do not recommend!

Jessica luggage is not the best buy

This luggage is pretty but does not travel good. The rolling of the wheels are not smooth at all. And the zippers are not smooth, they are sticky. And the outer shell gets scratched up very easy. And they do not feel light weight at all. I have purchased MUCH BETTER.

DO NOT PUTCHASE

Bought this a month ago since my old suitcase was not in the best shape after years of use. Took it out of the box, packed it up, put a nice clear protector on it to make sure it stays nice and clean. Went to the airport, BAM! Seams are coming apart…Ok, maybe it’s just cosmetic. It’ll be fine. Flew to Europe. 1 flight. Bottom is cracked. Wheel is completely broken to the point where the suitcase falls over to the side. Seams broke apart more. No one’s suitcase looked like this so I can’t blame the airport. Now I’m in London, had to go out and purchase a brand new suitcase in the middle of my trip because this trash won’t make it to my next destination and it definitely won’t make it home. Return policy states I have 30 days for returns and it has to be in new condition… It’s a suitcase that fell apart on me after 1 flight to Europe. Didn’t even get me home. Would I recommend this product to a friend? ABSOLUTELY NOT. NOT even to my enemy. DO NOT BUY!

Wheel broke before first trip even began

I bought this for my sister. She was excited due to the vibrant colors. Unfortunately the wheel broke while wheeling on sidewalk. Also, the trip was unfortunately after the 30-day window had passed even though this was our first time used it. I’m not happy to be stuck with this set. We also made a point to have the protective case on it to keep its color. I have the yellow set that I bought in May. The color is stunning but I can tell this set is not meant for someone who travels often. The wheels are already kind of shaky. Beautiful luggage though.
