Dissapointed

Very disappointed with Macys online shopping, delivery & customer service. I ordered these sandals excited to wear them for Valentine’s Day & I received a completely different pair of purple metallic heels. When I called customer service they completely dismissed me & said no problem return them for a full refund not acknowledging the fact that the pair I ordered was not available at stores. When I asked if they could overnight ship me the shoes from their warehouse they said it wasn’t possible. My outfit plans for Valentine’s Day dinner was ruined & Macys still has the audacity to send me an email asking how I liked my purchase. What a joke!
