Returning item - shoes looked worn
I received these shoes and it looks like they were worn already. The packaging was awful, they were in a shoe box with no wrapping. I will be returning them to store for this reason

Ivory not true ivory
I ordered these heels to wear with my wedding dress and I had to return them because of the colour. The colour has a yellow undertone that looks dingy. It's definitely not as pictured on the website.
Poor heel fit
The shoe itself was beautiful, true to size, and comfortable enough. The strap that goes around the heel is not adjustable. That part was too loose for me and it was very obvious that my heel was too small. Otherwise it would’ve been perfect as my wedding shoes!

Color not as described
I ordered the white ones in hopes for them to be my wedding shoes, however they weren’t pure white like they said. The knot on top was yellow and the shoes were off white. I was excited to get them but so disappointed when they showed up and it looked like they had been worn already. The soles were dirty

Beautiful but…
These shoes are beautiful and went well with my dress. The only downfall was that both heels fell apart when walking on the concrete to where they ripped off and the nail was exposed. I had to carefully walk in them so I didn’t damage the satin. Thankfully my cobbler was able to re-heel them.
