Louder would be better

I wish these were louder. Just 5 months after purchase the plastic snapped on the arm. These were always stored at room temperature so I'm not sure what happened.

Great sound and easy to use

I am fairly new to earbuds and these are easy to use and sound good. I love the noise cancelling feature to turn off and on. I recommend. They were a little pricey but worth the investment.
