I wish I could exchange for smaller size

I ordered this is a 2x. It’s way too big! Unfortunately I can’t exchange for a 1x or Ox because it’s final sale. Into the donation bag it goes. It’s really frustrating that I can’t just exchange it.

HUGE! Twice the size of a normal 2X.

This open front kimono is DOUBLE the size of a normal size 2X!!! And since it's a Final Act item, there is no recourse and no returns. Just WRONG!!!
