Very Disappointing Experience with Jo Malone at Ma

It was supposed to be a gift, but the paper shopping bag was not included with my order. I went to Macy’s to ask for one, and I was told that Jo Malone online and Macy’s are considered separate, and that Jo Malone counters at Macy’s do not provide shopping bags for online purchases. On top of that, the Jo Malone staff working at Macy’s were very unfriendly, which made the experience even worse. Because of this experience, I honestly no longer feel like purchasing Jo Malone products again.
