Sizing on website incorrect

I bought these T-shirts for my husband online and it shows sizes of XXL and 2XL. I ordered XXL, but they gave me 2XL. I don't think these shirts even come in XXL. Therefore, they wasted my time and gas and they need to fix the website. Also, the saleslady at the online pickup counter was rude because the shirts were out of the bag. They were never worn, just held up and were huge. Not happy.

Customer service always great at Macys

I ordered the wrong size online and made a quick trip to the Union Square store to exchange for the correct size. The three people I encountered were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the correct floor to find my products and in the transaction. Thank you all for making this easy!

Size runs larger than other products offered
