Customer service always great at Macys

I ordered the wrong size online and made a quick trip to the Union Square store to exchange for the correct size. The three people I encountered were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the correct floor to find my products and in the transaction. Thank you all for making this easy!

Quality has slipped!!

Whatever happened to Jockey's quality??? I just bought a dozen of these T-shirts and the quality is below standard. Out of the twelve T-shirts, three are unusable due to bunched up seams. It almost feels like they shipped me the rejects.

A good T

Held off for a couple months before reviewing. I like these t shirts. Fabric is soft, not thin and comfortable to the skin. They are full cut and have not shrunk after several washes. I will buy again.
