Getting refund was terrible experience

This wood table arrive so damaged and broken it was unusable. That's not Macy's fault. I contacted Macy's about how to get refund. Multiple phone calls and several emails later, I received a shipping label from Macy's to send it back to the SELLER, who was NOT MACY'S even though it is sold on Macy's website; it was a third party vendor. Macy's refused to do anything until it was sent back to manufacturer/seller, not to Macy's. Ok. I shipped it back and received UPS's proof of delivery to the seller. After phone calls and many, many emails with Macy's over the course of WEEKS, I still had heard nothing from Macy's about a refund. 5½ WEEKS after I first contacted Macy's, I called the seller. Within literally 7 MINUTES, I was refunded.

Charming and peaceful

It’s wood is very nice as a natural. Look to it, the carving is very pretty, the small drawer is ideal for remotes, and the cabinet below is quite spacial Very happy with it and highly recommend it.
