I love John Boos cutting boards and am so glad to get another one now. These cutting boards are highly durable and easy to maintain. I love the size to cut all my veggies. Being a vegetarian, I cook daily, and both my husband and I love cutting veggies on this board. We eliminated plastic cutting boards as it constantly scratches and chips. Love it!

Beautiful, high quality board.
I received this complimentary cutting board in exchange for an honest review. This cutting board is beautiful! It looks beautiful, the color is rich, it's smooth to the touch, and is of excellent quality! The indents on both sides are nice for handling and moving. The size is perfect, not only for using as a cutting board but also as a charcuterie board. Maintenance of the board is easy and it comes with instructions on how to care for your board.

Wow! This board is amazing! I’ve used it for meal preparation twice now and it’s beautiful. This is the smallest board made in this style, and I was afraid it would be too small, but it fits well on my counter. The board is a bit heavy, but I’m using a towel under it anyway to keep it from slipping. I DO NOT WANT TO BREAK THIS. The wood is very sturdy and strong. There was no penetration into the board with cutting or slicing. On top of that it’s really beautiful just sitting out. I can’t wait to use this more to see how it wears. My father has some beautiful cutting blocks of his own that have lasted over 50 years with regular care. I’m sure this one will last too. I’m going to treat it with olive oil before using it again, as it dried out a bit when I took it out of the packaging, but other than that the performance is awesome! I would definitely recommend this to any cooking enthusiast who loves quality tools. It would make an excellent and memorable gift as well.

Very high quality cutting board
This cutting board is amazing. It is a big cutting board that is extremely sturdy and well made. It works really good to trim meat before smoking it and to slice up after it's cooked.

This cutting board made in the USA is great. There wasn’t any smell to it. Easy to clean. I love the look of it. I will be getting the Boos oil they recommend.

Beautiful and functional!
I absolutely LOVED this beautiful cutting board. The gorgeous walnut grain is bold and exciting. Everything about this board screams elegance. The board is lighter than expected which makes for easy moving. The rounded edges and finger grips on the side are the perfect touch. The board has held up very nicely. It such a beautiful piece that I don’t mind it sitting on the counter. It could easily pass as decoration. The size is perfect. Not too big, not too small. Perfect to utilize as a cutting board and beautiful enough to serve on. I’m highly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship and would recommend to all my friends and family. It’s a beautiful and functional piece.
