Bobby Flay Santoku Knifes

I so love em'!!! The design of the knife is so beautiful, they are sharp and cut through very smoothly. Makes me feel like a top iron chef.

Super sharp!!

Bought this set for my husband for Christmas but gave it to him for Thanksgiving so he could try them out on the Turkey!! He was ecstatic!!! Best knifes ever he said!! cut through the turkey like butter!! First year we have NOT had to use our electric knifes. Highly recommend them!!!

Major Design Flaw with the block knife holder

The block knife holder has a major design flaw, the 13.5 inch bread knife is to long for the block holder. The tip of the knife sticks out past the bottom of the block. The overall look and feel of the knifes is great. A Christmas gift that I am anxious to try, however the tip of the bread knife sticking out is a concern. Anyone else have this issue?

Great set and worth every penny.

Very beautiful and eye catching. Love the dark color and wood grain appearance on the knives. Sharp out of the box. Light weight handle. I trusted the brand name because I am a fan of the chef. Not disappointed. With the knives being sharp I fear it will scrap off the color over time if not being careful when reinserting the knives. I hope the top of the block was created to be scratch resistance.

disappointed

I was so excited for these knifes but once I recieved them I was disappointed. The knife handles color did not match the knife block. They were a different color. The knifes looked like they didnt belong with that knife block.
