Loved it but eventually the ball stops rotating from erosion

I bought this in 2021. I absolutely loved it and still do with one pretty big exception, eventually the water erodes the plastic center so the ball stops spinning. We only used distilled water, we clean it regularly but noticed after awhile the ball wouldn't spin and water would spill out. After inspecting we saw there's an uneven area where the water wore away the plastic. I reached out to company and there was no solution. We still sometimes use it without the ball but it's not the same. I'm considering getting a smaller stone ball somewhere but I have no idea what size may work. Really sad about this because otherwise I love the fountain. I'd possibly get another one as I really love it but the same thing will likely happen. I would love to know if anyone who has this long term has avoided this problem.

Water fountain

I love the look with the soft color and stones. The water sound is soothing and peaceful. It would be better if there was an on and off switch on the cord so the plug doesn't have to be pulled out each time I turn it off. It's fairly cumbersome. The ball spews water all over if filled too full. Hard to know where the level of water is to prevent this. Seems more like an out door item than indoor because of the water issue. Ball doesn't roll consistently

Very Low Sound

I have had this fountain for 7 months now and the bulb burned at month 4 and the replacement will cost me $15 (not under warranty). I failed to notice before I ordered that the fountain does not come with an on/off switch, so plug in and unplug to wall outlet to operate. Pump wire and light wire are separate so have 3 wire coming out of the back of the fountain. The sound is extremely low for a fountain and I can hardly hear it at night when everything is quiet. Construction is solid and very appealing

Getting our Zen on!

We are very pleased with this fountain. It looks good, works well, and lights up quite nicely. Adds tranquility to our little outside oasis. This was a good choice and good purchase for us.

Table top fountain came and all was good except the internal led light didn't work. Upon contacting the company a replacement was sent and it works. All is well and satisfied.

The motor sound doesn't overpower the gentle trickle of water, so relaxing!
