The person I brought them for seemed to really like them. Said they were pretty comfortable.

Very discouraged by the quality

Very discouraged by the quality of this particular shoe. I always considered Johnston & Murphy to be a high quality product. However this shoe has started to fail after less then a year, and very limited use. The leather is starting to peel off the shoe exposing a unfinished material below. Unwearable at this point other then maybe mowing your lawn. I have an email to J&M and we will see how strongly their commitment to quality really is. At this juncture I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this particular shoe.

Iffy

Great quality, obviously. Unfortunately, these aren't nearly as comfortable as my old pair. They don't fit as nice either, but this is as close as I could get to my old pair. A little disappointed, but I'm still confident the shoes will last and they look great. Please bring back the old versions.

The shoes are beautiful! I tried them on once and they were tight. I want to see if they relax and are comfortable. If not, I want to exchange for a wider shoe.

Wide Shoes

Because of the awkward size of my feet (13 1/2 extra wide) I frequently have problems finding shoes that fit. These not only fit perfectly but they are comfortable.

Good fit, Nice shoe. Color does not match pic

These shoes are comfortable and only took a day to break in. The size is true as well. However if you are looking for a brown shoe, I was disappointed when I received mine and they are basically tan or light brown. The picture is much darker than what I received.
