Strap Ruins an Otherwise Beautiful Product

I love the look and leather of this backpack, but the strap is absolute trash. It slides just walking it cannot hold position. Don't want to retire it, but using it is simply starting to no longer be an option. I travel weekly and have only owned it 5 months. Every other detail was nailed something so small was to be so bad. Doesn't match the quality I've come to expect from J&M.

Bad buckle and strap - don't buy this

the leather on this back is superb. However, after 1 year or normal use, the fabric strap and buckle are found to be sub-par. the buckle does. not hold the position during normal use. and worse, the buckle frays the fabric strap that goes through it. the strap will then fail over time. I have to return this bag.

Nice Bag

Beautiful bag. Great smell. Beautiful full grain leather. The handle came a little stretched so I had to stretch it out and now it is in the right shape.
