Need to exchange

This needs to be exchanged. There is a manufacturer defect ( see picture) . I haven’t contacted a Macy’s yet however I know they stand behind their products. Very pretty lamp and nice quality except I got unlucky with this one. I don’t have the box it came in. It has a very nice shade with slight color variation that looks really nice
