Runs extremely large

Ordered size PXS, but it would fit a size Large woman with a 38 inch bust. Also, it is very long and looked awful on me (5'-1"). Material is a stiff cheap-feeling satin. Very disappointed coming from the Jones New York brand. I'll be returning it. I only gave it a "1" rating because there is no option for "0."
