disappointing color

I already own the same top in a different color and I like the style of this top. When I saw that it came in Pacific Blue, it looked like Navy color in the picture so I took a gamble because it was a final sale item. Actual color was dark navy but too shiny, almost satin shiny. I will be donating this item.
