Dec 30 and still not delivered.

I called on 12/22/25 for a purchase on 11/28, to see if there was an update on shipment as it was still being processed. I called customer service and was told it would arrive on 12/26. I explained there was no tracking number assigned and no movement of said purchase. My next phone call is to receive a full refund

Delivered very late

I read few reviews that its delivered late. But did NOT think, it would be same for me too. So seems the Macy/vendor is NOT learning from its mistake. He continues repeating same. Macy also did NOT give option to cancel order. We have to return the item, once its received. So overall NOT happy with shipping/delivery of item.
