Poor Quality. Arrived Broken

The side panel has fallen apart and the wooden board is cracked. The item arrived defective, and there is no option available for exchange.

Pretty but not practical.

Very nicely built case of bamboo, but despite following the instruction for size, cutlery kept getting stuck in the drawer and the cutlery sections broke pretty much instantly. Also, you can't put much cutlery in each section unless your cutlery is all exactly the same and can perfectly stack up. Overall, a pretty object but not very practical.

Diagonal trays require deeper drawer

Item Fitted perfectly as per description however cutlery scraped on the top of the drawer and snagged open/close mechanism when in diagonal departments. Drawer height therefore needs to be more than advertised to use the item. Disappointed that inserts were not removable to improve functionality. Quality was really nice and would have kept it if I could have adjusted size/type of compartments. There is a hole in the market for An expandable divider tray for majority long items (spatulas, spoons, knives)
