Blade is very sharp and good quality construction. I purchased a cutting glove, which Zulay also carries. I would recommend the addition of the cutting glove for safety. Easy to handle, especially if one is left-handed! Has a good grip and love that you get the smaller one that is stored securely inside the larger.
